Basketball

The 2022-2023 Chaminade Basketball team is looking forward to a great year full of great trips, games, and coming together as a team. Full of experienced seniors and skilled underclassmen, the guys are looking forward to a great season. Chaminade is hosting the Marianist Invitational which will be played over Christmas break, but their first regular season home game will be against MCC rivals, the Vianney Griffins. That game is on January 6 and could be the first game many fans will see the team play.

Hockey

The hockey team has a chunk of their season behind them so far and is still looking to find what it takes to get to the next level. With a strong group of guys and a tough schedule, they have battled on the ice and are looking to find some wins. Captains Blake Becker ‘23 and Jackson Machon ‘23 have delivered in their roles as strong leaders on and off the ice. Their leadership among other seniors is important if the Red Devils are going to be making a run in the playoffs.

Racquetball

The nationally known Chaminade Racquetball team is looking to continue its glory, as another season has begun. As of now, they are in the prime of their schedule as the season wraps up in mid-February. Coach McMenamy is looking to continue pure dominance as the season progresses and hopefully propel themselves to the national tournament again.

Wrestling

The Chaminade Wrestling team has the ability to be a top-tier team, even though they have a difficult schedule. Only having a handful of home meets, the team is on the road for most of the season. On December 17 they have their next big opportunity to prove themselves. This matchup will be against Belleville West and looks to be another opportunity for the guys to continue to grow.
