The Chaminade Red Devils took on Francis Howell Central Spartans. The Red Devils scored just 2 minutes into the game with a goal by AJ Anthon. Later in the game Tyler Huse scored on a header, Anthony Aegerter assisted the goal with a great corner kick with a little over 4 minutes left to give Chaminade some insurance. Chaminade eventually won the game 2-0. Chaminade is currently ranked 3rd in the nation and sits with a 11-0-1 record going into today’s game against Sluh High in Chaminade’s final game in the CYC/Bob Guelker Memorial Tournament. Chaminade has had some huge wins over MCC rivals CBC and Sluh both games were won by a score of 3-0. Chaminade’s only tie came against DeSmet when the Red Devils went into two OT’s and still could not score the game eventually got called due to darkness right before PK’s were about to begin. Chaminade’s next home game is against Parkway Central at 3:45, CSPN will be broadcasting that game.
